Interesting...my oath in progress was dec 13, and then scheduled for feb 1st....im in whitby. wonder why so long.

Congratulations to you! My application sent on Feb 15th and still stuck after the test..

Woke up this morning to everything completed except the Citizenship ceremony! Updated today, but said the date was December 29th.
Wonder how long now until the oath ceremony in Montréal?

I woke up today and saw the second ghost update this week but no actual activity . My background check is still in progress since June. The activities in my wife's tracker are all completed since last September.

Some say 3-4 months, others say it is longer. It is random. Nobody has a fixed date.

IRCC website says 3-4 months from the test completion. It is indeed a random time line. Some applicants received their oath invitation in couple of weeks from the test. Some in a month Some in 6 months .. all different time lines. All we can do is simply waiting waiting and waiting until they send us the request. Hopefully soon there will be an update in addition to the existing Dec 16th update.
