Recently in India, I heard some people have started getting calls for their visa interview. Anybody confirm this news?

I think it was just because of remedical request!
I don't know if I'm out of RR yet, will give it couple of days before contacting IRCC again.

I would state also that I got an ADR the same day. It's IMM 08E (General Application Form For Canada).

Got a mail today that my ADR (RPRF Fees) document was received. How long from here would it be? Medicals passed on 30th May, BIL passed on 21st June. RPRF request on 4th August. Hope they are processing applications faster now..

Please help me here, i am not sure what to do

I just received email for myself and my family stating

Your application for permanent residence has been approved. The final step in processing your application is to confirm your permanent residence and create your permanent resident card. You will complete this process through the Permanent Resident Portal (PR Confirmation).

But i didnot get any passport submission or anything in IRCC portal ?

Also i received this approval email for myself and my wife in another email which i used for express entry but for my son they sent email on another email, is it of any concern ?

Finally, got my first GU I think at least thats what I hope so..I had submitted RPRF payment fee on 4th August after I got request to submit the same. On 12th August, I got an email stating they received my documents and on IRCC portal the review for additional document changed to below

• August 12, 2022 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

This morning just opened the IRCC portal again and saw the status on home page to be application status updated, but no changes on the status of the other items except for the review for additional document changed to below -

• August 15, 2022 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

I am hoping this is considered a GU..fingers crossed

I replied to email from IRCC and they gave another email with access details for PR Portal. But in that case i will directly get PR card without COPR.

You will get e-COPR after you submit information on PR Portal.
