Congratulations! Btw, do you know which local office your file was sent to after you completed your background check?

My E tracker don’t provide my with that info yet, maybe when I’ll get the email I’ll know more, for now I just have the info on tracking platform.

On New Tracker my Background verification is complete after 3 days my application go in process on old Ecase
What's is next .

When was the BG completed? The next step could be test invite, and the timing varies by the Local office processing your application, it appears that offices in Toronto, Montreal are sending test invites to March 2021. I am a Calgary applicant and my BG was completed on June 9, 2021, I haven't received my test invite yet and it appears that they are sending test invites to June 2020 applicants, check the spreadsheet "Location by month" tab, and you can get some trends and see how you local office is doing. Good luck!

Hello Everyone. I received my AOR letter on August 11th. I was also sent an additional letter asking an explanation why there is a gap in my passport. I submitted the explanation the same day and online it’s still saying “ waiting on you” does any know how long it takes to update information online?

application was submitted March 01, 2021 online

HI,
I am an online applicant, applied 31 March. My profile is already present in the tracker. I finally received an email from Immigration Canada on 25th August. It was just a regular email UCI and application number. Can anyone tell me what's next?

Also, I recently changed my address, though I have everything online, should I still go ahead and request for a change in address?

Hey, btw, do you know if Scarborough office is sending test invites too?

Hi, when did you apply and when did you receive AOR? Which office was your file sent to after background check completion?
Hey I have updated my signature.

Also in the tracker it shows "Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed". Does that mean my test is "officially" verified and passed and now I just need to wait for a document and the ceremony invite? Thanks:)

Can you share what other categories are showing as Completed in your new online tracker ?

It takes 3 to 5 weeks to see and update in the dashboard when additional documents have been submitted. When did you submit the Letter of explanation? if it has been more than 6 weeks I would suggest that you call them or send a web form asking if they received the documents.

The letter you received is the AOR, I have updated the spreadsheet with this information. In regards to your address change, yes you should report that to IRCC, even though they use email for the majority of the communications they sent, they should have the most up to date contact information for you.

Completed, means that you have taken action into this step and that IRRC has also reviewed the test. If you passed the test, photo ID and your picture are clear and if your camera was on and took good pictures while you were taking the test, this will be the final step with the test. Some applicants have failed the test and it shows as completed until they received a new test invite.

When you see that everything turns "green/completed' in the dashboard, it means a "Decision has been made" (Old ECAS), right now all you can do is wait, depending on your local office this could take two, three, six or twelve months.
