No, they are not sending hardcopies anymore, you can download the pdf, read online or listen to it in their webpage or if you prefer to have the book you can order it online and it is free of charge: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../corporate/publications-manuals.html#ordering

I ordered two copies as my daughter and husband prefer to read from the book and we are already studying and doing practice tests, that way we will be ready to take the test at the moment the test invitation arrives !!!

Resubmitted again on 28 March 2021
No AOR yet

Could you please provide the following?

Location
Physical presence Days
When did you send application?
When was the package delivered to the IRCC offices?

AOR in the IRCC webpage it says they are sending AOR to applications received on March 8, 2021, so it will take a while before you receive it, maybe 4 - 6 more weeks, it all depends in your application, the documents and information submitted to them.

When they return ur Apication packet after how many days u received both time ? Just want to idea my self as they receive my application on 23rd March 2021
Hope to receive AOR soon
I applied through Imm consultant .
