Regular. I am not the only one who go it completed. I saw on few others in the excel sheet.
I guess next step for them is to verify the language or the physical presence before the test.

Online is taking longer than paper, they sent AOR to a January 12 applicant yesterday, is moving but very slow.

Hello everyone, I have my ECAS updated 2 weeks ago 3. We started processing your application on July 6, 2021. but the new tracker everything still in progress, so what does it mean if ECAS was updated.

I think that is when you application is transferred to your local processing office. Every application is different, in my case when it changed to In Process in the old ECAS my background verification changed to completed a couple of days after in the new dashboard.
