I applied from Vancouver,but the test email for Montreal but when I called IRCC they told me my office is Vancouver!

Interesting. My test mail was from an address that has WEST in the name.

Question, my Citizenship ceremony is still showing as 'Not Started'. If this changes to 'In Progress' do you recieve invitation to the oath ceremony at the same time?
