On the online tracker it says there is an update in my file on December 30th but nothing has changed unfortunately. The citizenship ceremony still says it's not started.

That is called a ghost update, you will probably see an actual update in the dashboard in the next couple of days!! Please keep us posted.

Hi there! I just checked the status of my application and there was an update on Dec 13th saying "You've been scheduled to take citizenship test online between December 13, 2021 and January 2, 2022. Information and instructions will be sent to you."

Unfortunately I didn't get any email or communication on this so I missed this notice and the test. What should I do now?

Use the web form and explain the situation, they will reschedule the test for a future date.

Same as mine, i submitted it online, on the 30th March 2021 and nothing yet. I guess we have bad luck. So depressing

So after numerous webforms and even submitting a second application (paper this time), I got an email from them on Dec. 29 saying they are unable to find the application I said I made. In response, I sent them the submission confirmation of my online application as well as the screenshots of my application portal with detailed explanation of everything that has happened. Today, Jan 4th 2022, I received AOR. Let's see how it goes from here.

Does anyone have a word on this, cos this is now concerning. I submitted my application in March 4th online, and I have not received AOR till date. I've tried sending several webforms but only get the generic response. I have tried calling and unable to speak with an agent because it is not an Afghan case. Anybody have an idea what I can do in this situation please?

it takes atleast a day or two to sync everything, try again tomorrow.

this is utterly ridiculous. the fact that they mess up handling online applications goes on to show how bad the situation is in there. currently they have 1.8 million applications both PR and Citizenship included backlogged.
