Got background check completed after they requested Fingerprints after completing Test. Did the fp on sept 23rd and they received it Oct 20. So less than a month for that.

Any one else have a hard time taken clear picture of ID !!!! we tried different light different camera could get clear shot of ID nervous to take test to be rejected for had ID shot..... camera is new

Don't worry about it, you have another chance in 4-8 weeks. You have waited years to get to this point in your immigration process, so a couple more weeks should not make a difference. Best of luck and let us know when you pass it

I'm sure if I passed my ID picture would have been rejected we tried for over hour to get clear picture of ID it was impossible. Who else had this problem with the ID picture before the test
