Yes, 53 days after requesting. I requested on Sep 6th, and received Oct. 29th.
For the emails I sent, I received 2 answers, the last one just a couple days before receiving the GCMS notes, saying that my "request has been reviewed and the records will be released to you shortly".
Who do you follow up with to get an update ? Do you have an email address where you can follow up with for the gcms notes

I sent to both emails below:
IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca

Here is what I wrote (kind of rude, I know, but in fact, they are not in accordance with the law, and I am so tired of all of this, that I sent many emails like the one below, and when they replied I answered nicer than this)

Hello,

I would like to know why I did not receive the GCMS notes of my process yet.
The ATIP was requested on XXXX, so it has been XX days now, XX days over than specified by law.
For any extension, I should be contacted and informed about the new date to receive the ATIP. This did not happen. I did not receive any communication from this department.

Attached please find the receipt I received after I submitted my request, and the temporary tracking number: XXXXXX
Sincerely yours,

Hi Everyone, One of my friend has submitted their PR application. She is still awaiting for her only PR card to arrive. Kindly note, her COPR is already approved and she has submitted her photo via Canada post to Ottawa office (not via upload portal). However, even after submitting PR card photo in June 2021. She hasn't received her PR card yet. Can you suggest the way to track the status where the process is stuck? @legalfalcon Can you suggest any alternative to get PR card status tracked? Also, she also wants to go to India due to health issues, however not sure whether applying PRTD is a good alternative. Kindly suggest any alternative to get her PR card either fastest or alternative to PRTD. Considering PRTD has uncertain wait time and high rejection ratio. Any input is highly appreciated.

WhenI did send the regular emails just as mentioned in your message for a week, they did respond that they have received my request and have flagged my request on priority. Nothing since then .
I received the same email. I thanked their response and kept asking when I should receive the notes, by sending daily emails. Until I got a second response, saying that the notes would be delivered soon. I received it 2 days after the 2nd response.

There is no way to track and the PR cards are taking longer than normal to be processed. The only way to track is to call IRCC or send webforms.

If a PR leaves Canada, they need a PR card or a PRTD to return back.

PRTD processing times vary from country to country, so make sure you apply in advance. PRTD cannot be rejected if you are a PR.
