Hello, I noticed there is a typo in your email address. It should be 'IRCC' instead of 'IRRC'.
Try the following emails:
IRCC.ClientPortalOntario-OntarioClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
I will try sending email too after confirming everything is passed in my application. However, GCMS notes were not sent to me yet.
First regarding the email, it's a spelling mistake. IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
When I sent the email I didn't have any information on my application - except the online account information. When seeing a lot of people with approved applications, but with no contact from IRCC, I sent the email "just in case".
After that, I received my GCMS notes, where I could see that my application is still in progress (status in my signature).

You can go to your GC key account and click on the bottom where it says 'link another application' and then fill out the form (your UCI et cetera and select PR Card from the drop down list).

Received PR Card in the mail today.

How long does it take to get COPR after submitting photos? It's has been almost 18 days for me but not yet received the COPR.
Did you send them emails to ircc portal before they sent you the very first email? Or you just kept waiting and they contacted you first? I mean did you nudge them to get them to send you the credentials or they just initiated it?Final Update:

Some people got it in 10 days some people have been waiting for 3 months. I haven t even got the first email yet. And my gcms notes show Final approved on september 27 2021

If you know your application has passed everything, try to send an email to IRCC and remind them of the portal email. If not, the only thing we can do is waitingAor- march 12

unfortunately.Nobody knows, for most of the cases it's 1 week I heard. What's the VO name from where you got the portal email?
