(Everything passed, security not started) VO: RROC

Is it a sign that security has started or completed?

I haven't received any GUs for previous stages before, no additional documents requested.

I just called IRCC and they told me my eligibility is still pending (recommend passed), criminality is in progress and the other 2 are complete.
Can somebody tell me what would be the other 2?

Received email from IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal Calgary for me and spouse. No ghost updates. No updates on portal other than medicals passed.

AOR: March 18
CEC Inland application with dependent also inland.
VO: Etobicoke
Do we get the portal confirmation for US born minor kids.?

Thanx mate. May I ask when you ordered the GCMS notes and how long it took to get them?
My request on 22 Aug has been unanswered and I do not know what happened. It really freaks me out.

Did you order via IRCC or CBSA? I ordered vi CBSA and they gave be an ECD of 80 days from submission date.

called ircc today, they're refusing to give any information since the refugees are still the high priority...

I am ok with refugees being given the priority. Not ok with lack of transparency. Why can't they undercommit dates. Application processing email post submission still says 6 months. Why can't they say 1 year and live upto it?

1st GU somewhere in April probably the file assigned to a visa office. according to GCMS.
Visa Office - March - CIO-Ottawa, May - Vancouver Immigration, August - Edmonton IRCC (according to GCMS), Portal Email from Etobicoke .
Latest GCMS August 5th, 2021 Eligibility - Not started, Security - Not started, Info Sharing - In progress, Criminality - In progress.
No updates after March 19th, 2021 they are just moving my file from one office to another and I think so it is yet to be assigned to an Immigration officer.
Ordered 3rd GCMS Notes on September 7th did not received until now.
2nd GU October 20th background check completed.
1st Portal Email : October 21st, 2021. replied after 2 hours.
2nd portal Email with credentials : November 1st, 2021. Logged in Declared everything.
eCOPR : November 6th, 2021.
PR Card Application Linked : November 6th, 2021.
Waiting for PR Card now,
