I have heard that Ottawa is one if the slowest. Have you ever reached out to IRCC
They fucked up big time with me.They asked for documents to include my spouse/CLP which I have never declared, which delayed more the process. I stopped calling because agents are not giving out information at all. 2 GCMS notes requested since August 15th, received nothing yet.
Yeah some time back in August but they were rude so I stopped calling them

hi guys finally i received my PR confirmation ( 26 sep 2021)
application summited 15 march
no update at all on my express entry profile just medical accepted.
just i received an email and asked me to send them some personal information.
they send me portal access link to upload photo and address ( 27 sep 2021)
now i am waiting for my PR card

It varies but I received in 4-5 weeks some folks received it in 6-8 weeks but no less than 3 weeks I would say, you can see details in my signature.

AOR 8th March. VO Ottawa. No update since 24th March, all passed 3 months back, info shared. But don't know why the application is not moving.

Question: Was your application approved? Or all stages passed but still waiting for final decision (final approval)?
I have received ecopr yesterday, got credential email on Tuesday night a d logged in and updated photos for me and family. Then they sent ecopr on Wednesday Sep 29, also status in account is updated as Approved,. Unfortunately, they wrongly mentioned my Original Entry date to Canada, not sure on how much it may affect, it won't affect my eligibility or points though. When I looked process for correcting copr, it is only by sending post with form 1436 e with all proofs.
I will update you all once I receive PR card.

Do they send ECOPR via email or do they upload in the EE portal or is it uploaded in the PR Portal?
