Was your eligibility passed before ? If not, then there is good chance it is eligibilty. Just call them to check what was completed.

Nope. I would be surprised tho because last time I called they haven't even started reviewing my eligibility yet lol. Thank you for the insights! I am just calling them now but they kept on hanging up on me UGH

So, Criminality is passed for you now. That's good. When was it passed ? and did your BG status changed back to "processing" ?
I hope so. My wife's nurse being in essential services may have pushed my file ahead. Not sure though, it's hard to predict anything with IRCC.
No it did not. Nothing has been changed in my profile. Not even a ghost update.

March 16 - dependents upfront medical exam
AOR - March 19, 2021
April 7 - Additional document requested (Family Info)
April 15 - BIL of my wife dependent - 2 child exempted - Me with Biometrics from 2019 TRV application.
April 20 - Biometrics done from my dependent wife
April 20 status check online

I decided to wait for a month now May 19, 2021. I tried to call IRCC as I read some info here but I can't able to talk with the agent from them. I just got an info from an automatic voice over with just the same status from April 20. I have my consultant and she is the one handling my account online.
Any thoughts?

We have same pretty much everything (minus BIL as I already did that a year ago). If your BG status is “your application is in progress…”, how do you know that your security is in progress? Did IRCC tell you that or gsmc notes?
Wonder why my medical hasnt not passed yet, its been a whil since i had the exam
