I think it doesn’t matter how many kids you have. I think it takes longer, if you claimed points for your spouse, like work experience. It takes longer to proof that for IRRC.

I had the same issue. It reappeared after a few days and then vanished again. So i am assuming they have received it

After you provide your biometrics, it will be transmitted by the place where you give the biometrics. You do not have to do anything.
