Hello y'all. I'm a march 2020 applicant from Calgary. While I was checking my citizenship application status, I noticed that my file was last updated on Sept 29, 2021. However, I cannot seem to figure out what the update is. All I can see in the detailed section is that my test was changed to complete on July 23. Is this normal? Dose anyone experience the same issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Same exact thing happened to me, also Calgary office. Last updated date changed (for me September 28) but nothing actually changed. I got very excited and then very confused lol

Hope all is well! I am March 2020 applicant. I got FP request on March 1st week 2021, I did and sent to them. Then Only background check completed on May 2021 second week. Nothing changed after that, which is ridiculous!!!!

My query is , do you think they received my FP or didn’t receive the FP?

What should I do in this case?? It’s getting too much now!! Please experts help/advise me. Thank you for your time.

If I don't get any updates before March 2020, I'll withdraw the application next year, not worth the wait.

Please try writing to your MP, IRCC twitter account or Prime Minister`s twitter facebook accounts I think social media is useful to bring attention to some of the lousy processes

I think the officers are very busy or smokes high THC marijuana!!!!

no updates on my application after 11th August, 2021. everything except oat ceremony is complete. anyone else is in the same boat? YYC application. TIA

Congratulations to all who got invitation and good luck for folks waiting. Oath is updated on CST tracker but still waiting for email. How long it takes to get email??? Any help is appreciated.

As suggested, i emailed the local MP's office. MP office got back with two forms which i need to fill (consent to release of information). Should i fill them? Would it help? Or they will just get back with a standard reply?

MP office already mentioned in the email that IRCC does not guarantee a response time because of high volume.

You need to search (google) for the current MP in Brampton. You will be able to find their name and email add. Then you can email them. I think you have regions like east, west, south .. so pick your region.

I did the same for my location, but I am in NS.

Hi guys finished my oath ceremony today. Hopefully the wait for the citizenship certificate is not too long beyond 2weeks.
