Hello guys - My wife and I sent our application together. Should we both have access to a separate Ecas? Or should we be both under my name?

Wife's application is still not IP. It was received on March 11. Not concerned though
On the spreadsheet, I am noticing that Toronto applicants take a few weeks more time to move to IP. Overall trend seems that way, there are outliers as well.

The next step can be either Fingerprint or directly Test/Interview and oath.

What's the next step after it says "We started processing your application on November 10, 2020"? and how long does it take to get a test invitation after this msg? TIA
