Non, there is a magnet there that repels are querry to CIC that is why everybody gets the same reply. "Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed." + I just got a call from Animal wildlife one of the elephant did not like my comment about his back being referred to CIC.
