Any FSW Inland or Outland got COPR recently?

Hello guys,

just want to update that I have received eCoPR. CEC inland with spouse, aor March20, 2020.

Got the medical extension a week ago, and soon after received the online portal email on June 18th, replied on June 21st, and got the login credential the same day. Uploaded photo and address on June 24th, got eCoPR on June 26th.

Thanks for the help everyone, the long wait is finally over!
My AOR was in March 2020 my medicals was extended in April 20 2020 yet still waiting. Gcms note shows everything done called contact they told me officers needs to update my file with the medical extension and I'm still waiting

HI All - PL HELP BY RESPONDING

I got my AOR on Mar 6 2020 and recently got an update after MP enquiry and below is the status

• The eligibility requirements assessment was finalized on June 9, 2020.
• The medical examination results are on file and valid until April 20, 2022
• The criminality verifications are currently valid for the applicants.
• The security verifications are currently valid for the applicant.
• The file is in queue for a final review by an officer.

Pl let me know how long will it take for this stage to get over . I am separated from my family for past 1.5 years . Pl let me know. I am seperated from my family because of this delay and feeling extremely depressed and lost. I am almost in the urge to withdraw. I got these updates through MP office. I couldnt get through IRCC

@legalfalcon is there a way to change visa office ?. My spouse's OWP is with NewDelhi office. How possible for it to move and process it here in Canada Processing offices. I'm Inland. Kindly let me know the possibilities.

I sponsored my brother from Manitoba - he gor PNP approved back in feb 2020 .
Applied PR - AOR March 8,2020.
Biometrics showing as received.
Right now it shows background check in progress.Anybody with same timeline? Or how long will it take ? Its already more than a year now

You cannot change or request IRCC to change the visa office.

Applicant requests for a file transfer
Visa offices are not required to transfer applications for permanent or temporary residence to another processing office upon the request of applicants or their designated representatives. Offices should refuse to transfer files if a transfer would affect program integrity. The onus is on the applicant to demonstrate that the transfer of their file would not compromise the integrity of the application assessment process.

The following are examples of assessments that may affect program integrity if a file is transferred to a different processing office:

• ability to effectively evaluate documents
• knowledge of local security and criminality environments
• familiarity with business practices and procedures

Before transferring a file, officers should consult the potential receiving offices to seek assistance in finalizing the case.

just a quick question, I just got off the phone with an IRCC client agent and I was told that the background and criminality has been passed but eligibility and security are still pending. Is this normal?

I mean, I was under the impression that eligibility is the first thing that needs to pass? :S

Please advise

Not necessarily. Most FSW-O applicants have either passed criminality+info sharing or eligibility. Are you FSW-O?

Final: approved on October 5 2020 by review officer
Medicals expired May 17 2021 (No updates on that yet)
No updates since October 5 2020 (neither on online account nor on GCMS)
They took our fees to enjoy holidays.
They are issuing COPR to people that applied a month ago but can't send it for approved applications.

When did you see an update on your portal about Medical Passed? In other words, what date does it show on your portal when your medical was passed? I’m sure the April 20th date you have was from an IRCC call you might have made, or from GCMS.
