I am sick to death of this nonsense that is going on. I have been waiting for 14 months while people I know are getting their PRs in four months. Yet, my security check has not started yet!

IRCC has made a mockery of the system by processing later applications so that they can claim their 6-months delay for 80% of applications and they let the other 20% wait forever.

How is it that nobody is holding them accountable for this deception they are making. All what MP did was telling the status update and told me to double check with the MP office again on August.

Is this the express entry system that Canada is celebrating?! It's a clown show!

They keep using COVID excuse as if we idiots to believe that.

Yeah no shit. This whole thing doesnt make any sense. Called IRCC but same fcking useless response. And theres no way to reach the office who's processing your application

We got the email for pr confirmation portal today. Aor Mar 9,2020. Medical extended April 26, 2021. Everything passed since oct 2020. Was in covid pace group

Did they update Biometric as passed on your profile in Oct 2020?

Try emailing ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca. I have waited for my GCMS notes for ~4 months as well. I emailed them four times then I got my notes after a day or two after my last email.

have received the portal request yesterday and was wondering if both primary and secondary applicant need to reply back to the portal email or just the primary applicant should reply ?

Also,for the email address that we mention for Primary and Secondary applicant - should that be same ? I assume it should because I have clearly mentioned that we want to chose Option A

Note - Option A to create account of secondary applicant under primary applicant . This is what I have chosen.

If given a medical extension, how many months is it extended to? what is the validity of COPR if its given after a medical extension.

When you file any application that requires medicals, you can submit the same upfront sheet that you submitted with a previous application. They will have the same IME number and based on that when the officer searches the record, it your medicals are valid, they will be updated on your current application too.

However, when an extension is provided, it is usually for 6 months. see my previous post on this #13,190

When you apply for a visa, take into account the processing time and then the time time to travel to Canada. Given that your meds have already been extended, and unless they are for one year, you may run out of time and may need a new medical. It will all depend on your timing so getting a new medical done may be beneficial in the long run.

Only the primary application unless you want to create separate accounts for the primary and secondary application as per the instructions provided.

Had a ghost update two weeks ago on a Monday day time in India(which is middle of night in Canada). I submitted my webform to know where my application is currently present. I found out that its in Sydney ,NS CIO. Its confusing. the status of my application is same as it was a month ago.
