Any news on the travel restrictions, are they extended further?

I got the ghost update as well, AOR 25th March, however, no update about medical. Medical was expired on 12th March

Well I called earlier last week and I was informed that the medical is expired and the office will see if the same medical is valid or not. Also, that was the first time when agent put me on hold and he called someone else. I didn't speak with that person directly. But calling someone was something new to me.!

Does calling them up regularly help speed up our process??? I know this might sound dumb but the level of desperation is unexplainable...

It has been extended until 21st may.

No, it does not. It helps in feeling that something is happening, that is true, but it does not speed up anything (unfortunately).

Canada extends travel restrictions again

Restrictions on international travellers have been extended until at least May 21.

Does calling them up regularly help speed up our process??? I know this might sound dumb but the level of desperation is unexplainable...

as @matteosc said, it is for our own satisfaction. If we get a good representative, they give you some minute insights. E.g., your file is under info sharing state, let me call someone and let you know, all the files were moved to Vancouver due to recent data breach...
These 3 updates were like silver lining to me. So sometime it helps our anxiety.

IRCC is not touching FSW files at all, be it inland or outland.

dont loose hope guys. Im 25 March AOR, FSW and currently in US.Just got COPR last week.

Still waiting and about to do my second bridging WP in May.
