Are people receiving COPR allowed to fly to Canada or are they giving extensions on COPR?

I am from India and want to know whether people(who received COPR) are able to go there during this travel restriction phase?
Yes, as long as they submit a quarantine plan approved by IRCC.

If COPR was issued after March 18 2020 you are not exempt from travel restrictions, unless you have an immediate family member with Canadian PR or Citizenship to sponsor you.

Hello all! Need some help

i know it might sound bit silly question but i am bit worried about it.
Aor -march 25
Bio done- october 5
Everything else passed but security is not started yet

my question is that i recently got engaged. at this stage, do i have to inform ircc about it? I didnot get married legally yet . So updating any status as engaged on social media can affect the background check???
any help is appreciated

thankyou !!

Stream: FSW-Inland
AOR: 26 March
Medicals passed: 9 June 2020
BIL: 9 June 2020
Biometrics Cleared: Oct 6 (Exempted this time, provided during work permit on June 6, 2019)
COPR: 24 Nov 2020

No Ghost update, no PPR. Since I am in Canada, directly COPR came. I need to send photos and then directly PR card will come home.

Engagement is not marriage. So you have to be legally married to let IRCC know about your family composition change.

Thankyou for the help

So until i do not get married legally, i can change the status on social media or anywhere else as ENGAGED? Sorry i know its bit silly question but i want to share this good news with my friends but I couldn’t as i was afraid as if it will be considered as a misrepresentation as background check is still pending though!!!! Thankyou for the help @Invincible84
