My AOR jan 2020
Still waiting for ppr, meanwhile i called to ircc agent she told me that everything is passed and my file status is “officer review” from june 16th2022 its says the same thing i don’t know gow long will it take to make final decision ADR submission was on may30yh 2022 any help guys?? Anyone on same boat???

Yea me too. The wait is so frustrating and tiring. Are you inland or Outland? If you’re inland what’s your status? I’m also inland and I’m trying to find out if those still waiting have anything in common.

I never envisaged that my time was so near!!! I never saw it coming! My PR has just been approved!
It seemed like a dream that was never coming to pass. I was just at the verge of withdrawing my application when the approval came in! Thank You Jesus!!!

Long time lurker on this thread (AOR March 20, 2020), created an account just to give some hope to those who are still waiting, like me.
I had received no updates nor document requests for my application since October 2020, when I gave my biometrics. I finally received a request to re-do my medical exams on August 29, 2022. I did it right on the next day and 3 weeks later, today, I received an email inviting me to create an account on the PR Portal!!
I almost can't believe that things are FINALLY moving forward. I hope everyone here can receive their PR soon, thank you so much to everyone who kept posting here.
I applied as an Inland CEC, with a PNP from Ontario.

I received ready for visa email today.
However, I have a new born and already send an webform to IRCC notify them.
Now should I submit my passports for Visa stamping? or wait for IRCC to respond to me?
Can I add my child after once I am in Canada?

All your immediate family members have to be examined before your application can be approved. If any one family member is inadmissible due to security, medical criminality etc. the application is refused.
If your family composition changes before you land, you have to add new family members, and only after the new member is examined and found admissible, will IRCC approve your application.
There is no point in sending your passports, as even if IRCC issues you a COPR and PR visa, it will be cancelled, the application re-opened and after your child is examined and found admissible, the application will be approved again.

I thought getting Ready for visa email means application is already approved and I wont be able to add new family members after approval.
I will wait for IRCC to respond to my webform.
Can someone knows to add a child in the application, which of these forms needs to be summitted?
- A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)* with supporting documents,
- (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
- (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
- (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
- A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
- A copy of the family member’s valid passport,
- Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
- A letter of explanation.
