I finally managed to call them today.
After 5 - 10 minutes, they invite you to press 0 to speak to an agent.
Then they quickly explain that all the agents are busy and they immediately hang up. No waiting list.

make sure you go to section where you press 0 at exactly 8 . It will connect else waste of time to try

Did you submitted your pay stubs and was there date on your letter of employment? They are specifically mentioning these 2 things.

You missed pay stubs... so that's why review required.. Consider longer delays...

As I mentioned before here, I applied a second time as a cec stream.
My aor 12 July
Medicals passed on 24 August
RPRF requested on 25 August
I think this application will finalize before the previous one.( 2 March 2020 - FSW INLAND- waiting for security check over a year)

IRCC should consider advertising on their website. Taking into account the number of times I check it in a week, they could use the revenue to pay for admin costs...maybe some more immigration officers!?

I applied under PNP which was approved in Feb then applied EE in march 2020. Now, will I be able to apply 2nd application under CEC because its been 17 months and no reply for my application.

Also, my first file applied by the immigration agent and now they are asking $3500 for another application. I was thinking to apply by myself.

As, I don't have the access of my first application portal. How will I be able to check the information is same or not in both application?

- No, it is still ongoing. I will wait until receiving the first acceptance. I declared my first application when they were asked me about my previous applications.

- on the second application we showed my wife as the main applicant whereas on the first application I was the main applicant.

- For the medical report, you can use your previous medical report if you have done it in the last 5 years.
- For the RPRF request, I made a research about it and I found out that they ask you for the payment when your eligibility has met or passed. Besides, a friend of mine got his copr 3 weeks later than rprf request. (but it was the pre-covid period)

@legalfalcon I didn't received second portal credential email from IRCC, can I click on forgot password and create myself and then upload photo and update address? I only received PR portal email one week ago.

Hi everybody! I just got my COPR last week and will share my time line with you guys. It will have a lot written because I think that some details need to be clear here.
I first applied as CEC - inland and was rejected because I missed one of the translation stamps in one document. On the mean time I was approved by the province (Nova Scotia) and could apply as PNP - inland.
ITA - March 5th 2020
AOR - March 27th 2020
Bridge work permit application - April 21st 2020
Medical approved on May 26th 2020
Biometrics Request Letter also on May 26th 2020
Request for the PR Card fee on June 30th 2020
Bridge work permit approval - September 27th 2020 (for 1 year)
Biometrics done on October 4th 2020, however IRCC never received my biometrics (I still have no idea if Service Canada never sent or if someone lost it, but because it passed 2 weeks and there was no sign of it on my profile and over the phone I was told they couldn't find it, I went to Service Canada again and requested a second one)
Second biometrics done on November 4th 2020
First GCMS notes requested on November 3rd, only received on January 27th 2021. Everything looked ok.
Complete silence from IRCC on my EE profile from November 2020 to April 2021, when my Medical was re-approved.
Second bridge work permit application - June 15th 2021
Second medical required because of a new work permit request (I work with health care) - June 25th 2021
Second bridge work permit approval - July 15th 2021 (for 1 year again)
Then another giant period of silence on the EE profile from April until August, when I decided to request a second GCMS notes. Requested on August 3rd 2021, Received on August 15th 2021.
August 23th 2021 - Security check and eligibility passed
August 26th 2026 - COPR
I created my account on the PR platform and sent the photo and proof of address required, now waiting for the final approval and the card.

17 months!!!! Inland, approved by the province, no problem with any documents....took forever, but it came! Good luck for who is still waiting!
