1. All FSW outland applications will be eventually sent to LVO in the country of residence, some before and some after. It all depends on whether for the application any local resources are required, in those cases, the applications will be send to finalise eligibility. For some the eligibility will happen at a VO in Canada and the final review at LVO, and for others, everything is done at a VO in Canada and after PPR is sent the application is transferred to LOV for PRV and COPR.Quick questions for FSW Inland and any senior member (Note: Questions may counter each other)
1) Are FSW Inland applications sent to home country visa office? (After approval or prior to that)
2) Are CEC Inland applications actually processed first and FSW Inland second or its random?

Hi Guys/@legalfalcon,
I am currently in USA on H-1 B and I have already got PRV stamped on my passport and my PRV is expiring in Feb/2021. I don't want to go to Canada anytime before Feb/2021.
Has anyone extended COPR lately after getting PRV stamped on passport? And if yes, then what is the process and how much time does IRCC take to extend?
Reasons I don't want to travel:
- Currently my wife's H-4 is in processing, but she has old H-4 which is good till Feb/2021. Let me know if it is good to travel using AVR(Automatic Visa Revalidation) to Canada?
- Me and my wife don't have visa stamp to return to USA, so if I go to Canada then I have to come back using AVR.
Thanks @ legalfalcon.Your will have to send a webform and inform IRCC.

I have recently raise a webform and got reply saying meets eligibility requirement. Pending Security and Background. Does this mean the my eligibility verification is already completed at VO in canada and LVO? referring to your statement "For some the eligibility will happen at a VO in Canada and the final review at LVO"1. 2. There is no such rule. All applications are processed on a case by case basis. However, the CEC tend to be processed faster, as per the 2019 annual report. This is pre-COVID.
How long did it take to process an Express Entry application?
Table 35 displays the time, in months, that IRCC took to process 80% of applications under each program. In 2019, IRCC did not meet the processing standard of finalizing 80% of all applications sourced via Express Entry within six months. The processing time for Express Entry, overall, was eight months. As an alternative measure of processing times, 60% of applications finalized in the 12-month period ending on December 31, 2019, were completed within the six-month service standard.

Thanks @legalfalcon, however the 1st question was for FSW Inland and whether these applications go back to home VO after approval. I for once, know my application is in Ottawa right now.1. I had the same Conversation last week with IRCC. Biometrics yet to be processed by the VO.Cec inland
CEC Inland
AOR - March 31st
Biometrics done - Sep 28th
Criminality in progress
Called ircc in nov first week and got to know that biometrics are yet to be processed by back end team.
I believe ..once the biometrics are processed, criminality check will be completed and then may get the copr soon.

Somethings amiss, Criminality check maybe more than biometric.I had the same Conversation last week with IRCC. Biometrics yet to be processed by the VO.
I don't know what is going on because I called IRCC and agent said eligibility passed, Criminality in progress and Security not started. Criminality will pass once they have biometrics, Security will start once they have biometrics. From previous references from people in the groups Security should start after eligibility is passed and criminality after biometrics are done. Not sure what is the current scenario with my applicationSomethings amiss, Criminality check maybe more than biometric.
I had submitted a webform on 8th Oct to ask when will biometrics be updated (exempt case).
Subsequently around 13th bio updated and 16th got webform reply which was
“Application still in process..” (generic) and that ”biometrics is on file and has been evaluated by VO”.
So I guess criminality has to be more than biometrics.
My case - FSW Inland - Everything passed as per call centre only criminality check pending - this call was made on 27th Oct
