We just received request for 2nd round Medical Exam. Our last medical exam date was in March, was passed in May. Biometrics done on 22 Nov. Not sure why they are asking for med report 2nd time around. Nevertheless, plan to do next week.

Absolutely. I can understand, every application is unique and can't be compared. But, i feel somewhere transparency is missing with whole process and might need good governance here. The entire process will take time, agree, but not like "no updates for months". At the moment, we can't do anything rather than just wait. IRCC should seek public feedback on ways to improve their process to build better immigration framework which is bound to timelines and transparency for applicants/officers. I wish everyone Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2021! Stay Safe and take care of you and your family/friends!

One on Dec 16th, one yesterday, replied to both with no answer.

No updates. AOR - 11 March. BG - In progress forever. I was training myself , not to think of this and focus on daily routine.

applied march 2nd and passed all the necessary steps by October 8 2020 and i didn’t get any contact from virtual landing office and i was feeling fishy in that so i applied GCMS notes in November which i just received on 4th jan 2021 and in that i saw there is a COPR document number with its validity started from October 8 2020 to October 7 2021

so whoever applied in march 2020 and got their GCMS notes recently kindly check yours too because in my notes it was written approved at final step but file status is still open. In that case either my representative misplaced the letter of virtual landing or CIC misplaced it because i can clearly see copr number and i matched it with my brother and friend

so guys be alert because they did look into our applications but somehow we got a miss , let me know if someone got their gcms in December

Yeah I’ve ordered notes twice and I called yesterday. Nothing on the notes. Just r10 completed and criminality passed after being transferred from Edmonton to Ottawa

Well thats not going to speed up anything but yes that might give you the exact situation because when i call then automated machine says we are running your BC but when i speak to agent they say i passed everything so do my gcms notes said

Ottawa is one of the crap place for processing , as long as its in Edmonton they process fast and the moment it goes back to ottawa for some decision they mess up everything because i have been told by Edmonton office on 16 November that now local VO will contact you for virtual landing but due to any reason ottawa requested for my application and from that day onwards they didn’t transferred my file for virtual landing
