Agree, in fact i read news that CIC looking to revamp processes minimizing physical contacts. Though that's gonna take lot more time and surely not applicable for us, but given the current condition, removing biometrics restriction for approved candidates makes total sense. IMO one major problem is that Biometrics data are most likely used in Security check. In that case, devising a workaround likely be tricky..Its just a matter of time when they will remove the biometrics restrictions. Or do some workaround.
I dont think so ... probably any time soon in July ... Intially, measures extended to June 30 but still Sri Lanka and many other countries opened before that.Update on VFS Website

Thats what i am checking, it has been opened for many many countries and yet pending for India. And it's not that countries have ditched India coz VFS is opened for several countries including UK.I dont think so ... probably any time soon in July ... Samething ... yesterday mentioned Sept 30th but today Poland and other countries got opened.

My AOR is 29th March. I received BIL/MEP on 12th June and then I got RPRF request on 25th June. Is it a good sign in my application?got my AOR last march 4, medical, police certificate are done except for biometrics.IRCC also requested RPRF
Very encouraging news these are. My AOR 20 Mar, Biometrics pending as usual, RPRF request received on 29 Jun. Seems like things are moving for Mar AORs. Many Feb AORs also received RPRF request. RPRF = Request for Permanent Residence Fee. As learned from other threads, usually it's given once eligibility is recommended / passed..Am sorry but what's meant by RPRF and when do u get this?
