I have applied for citizenship - March 2019

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 20, 2019.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on June 19, 2019.
3. We started processing your application on July 31, 2019

After this nothing till date. Waiting for test invite for long time. do someone in same situation.
When can i expect my test invite. - I live in Etobicoke(Ontario)
Any help is appreciated.

I see some people who applied on March 2019 got oath completed. but for me still testinvite was not made.

Sit tight. nothing to worry about. My application was received on March 20th and been "in process" since July 22. Our offices are a bit slower than other offices.

Hi everyone had my test today and I passed 18/20. As my application was a joint application with my sister in law and she failed I have to wait until she passes her test in order for me to take the oath.

Yes, I do usually check my ECAS and its been DECISION MADE since November 15ths. I am still waiting for communication from CIC but an agent confirmed my OATH date and time for me.

I haven't been on this forum for 4 months. Anybody from the Kitchener office got a test invitation in the meantime? I'm in the process since July 24th.

It’s official now. I’m officially a Canadian now. Just did my oath ceremony today on January 11, 2020 in Scarborough.

if it is finished with in 2 hours, then i do not need to take full day leave from office.

my ceremony in Scarborough took less than 2 hours if I remember correctly.

Did you call them to let you know about your primary office and where's your application right now...?
I' m from Etobicoke too... they told me right now mu application is in Mississauga... but at anytime, they can transfer it to Etobicoke or Scarborough... or may they not... it depends on their workload...
