same here, test on Aug 15th and no Oath invite yetHad a Test on 21 August, Decision made on 23 August. No Oath yet. Calgary office.
I think i can't vote in this Election
Wrote test 29 august. Still waiting on oath invite.
I have to travel November mid to april. I wont be in the country. If i miss my oath , what happens?

I requested the GCMS notes for my citizenship application on Sept 14, 2019. I got the notes (32 pages) on the morning of October 3, 2019.
Timeline: Application received March 13
AOR: May 9
In Process: July 9.
Location: Toronto
Highlights from notes:
My paper file was transferred from Sydney on July 11, 2019.
Scarborough Citizenship Operations received the file on July 23, 2019.
Criminality clearance passed on July 9, 2019 before the app was transferred to the local office.
CIT RCMP Clearance was reported as "No Reportable Trace" on July 8.
My assessment for Language, Knowledge (I think this is the test), Prohibitions, Oath, and Residence all have "Not Started" as the status.
Each trip out of Canada is noted as an "Eligibility Absence" (I had 21 trips during my eligibility period). This is what an entry looks like. None were noted as Undeclared.
