How many weeks does an "in process" would take effect after receiving AOR? Its been a month my ecas only shows "application received". Does anybody have situation like this? Or is it normal? Thanks

Pretty normal. Depends on Visa office and officer. Some will get their in process earlier than others. For waterloo region (my region) previous couple of cases show that it takes 45 - 50 days for the status to change to IP after receiving AOR

Hi sweet...I am Hamilton applicant. Single application. App recieved 1st march. AOR 2nd may and status still hasn't gone in process.

Just got off the phone with CIC to update my address, they can't find my application to update the address but they updated my profile. Are there anyone else in the same boat as me? They received my application on the 13th of March and I can see from the spreadsheet a lot of us haven't received AOR either. I made the mistake of throwing away the tracking number too so I couldn't give them one. But it can't be that they lost my application or something is it?

Feeling itchy at the moment. Just a few minutes ago I received a letter from IRCC and jumped thinking it was an AOR letter. It turned out to be a survey request from IRCC because my spouse attended a LINC course. lol.
