Congrats Pardesifr. Could you please provide the location, physical presence, and application type whether its single or family application. Updated the sheet though.

After going through Kitchener Waterloo thread, it seems that KW office is one of the slowest in Canada. People getting test invites 12- 13 months after sending application :(

Hello All,

FYI....I just spoke to CIC an hour ago and they are looking at applications received on March 27th, how ever the agent said there is a significant delay of 2-3 weeks to get an AOR from the date of your application is opened

I called them earlier this week and they also told me that they are working on applications received on 27. I am march 20 (received) applicant and received the AOR very next day i.e. yesterday. I think march 27 is the latest files that they are working on coz many ppl before 27 are still waiting for AOR (like me when I called them).

Sorry jhoninsask wats your received day thx

It's May 30 -- original attempt was in mid-March.... I can move to the May thread :)

Can you elaborae a bit please Yasir? Are there multiple offices processing citizenship applications? How can I find which one is processing mine?

Yes different offices will process different applications. Initially all applications go to Sydney, NS. Once they are checked for completion they are sent to different offices based on your home address. That is also the point when you receive your AOR. So your processing office will depend on the city where you live. I live in Cambridge Ontario. Kitchener office handles application of ppl who lives in Kitchener, waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph. Where do you live?
