Doesnt show in my ecas yet, probably try in few more days. I got it around 9am this morning

First of all, congrats once again to everybody who moved forward with their application.
I am curious about one thing that, I have seen many times on the forum people saying that they applied on earlier date than his/her friend and even though they are still waiting for AoR / next step while those who applied later got it earlier.
Just wandering that whether its First in First out in receiving AoR and/or in further steps of application or how it works ? Any insights.

Yes, its a first in first out definitely. But its distributed between 10 officers (for example)
So 5 officers would still do the new March batch, but the other 5 may still have older Feb packages to finish first. Or they might go on leave/training etc after taking March packages.
The packages still sit with them on their desk & stays until they open it themselves. Hence not everyone gets AOR same date/week even though its delivered same date
