What should be an average timeline of our applications? I know all applications are treated differently hence mentioning average timelines. Also this is just based on assumptions and nothing to do with anyone's timeline.
AOR: after 2 months of Appln?
In Progress: a week after AOR?
Test invite letter: A month to 2 months after In Progress?
Test: roughly a month after test invite?
DM: a week or 2 after the test if test cleared?
Oath invite letter:A month after DM?
Oath: A month after Oath Invite?

With this can we assume for Oath may be before November or so?

It might depend on the processing office as well. I am in KW area and if I go to their group, ppl are still waiting after 1 year.

Looks like some first week of February applicants starting to get AOR's but there are some applicants from January that haven't received AOR's yet.

I only entered the passport information. There is a big debate whether pr card is considered travel document or not. To me it isn't as you still need a passport to travel etc.

PR is Not a Travel Document , one cannot travel only with with PR card , Passport is is main travelling document. PR is the document that confirms the status of residence of its holder

Yea, seems its a slooow pace. We might get ours end of Apr or mid May
Compared to Jan applicants (around 140), Feb only has 60. Might go faster.
Obviously our sheet does not have ALL the applicants in Feb that CIC has received, but its a decent sample space

Which area is KW area? and are not all the applications going to Sydney NS office only for processing?

I have entered both. Passport and PR Card info as PR Card is actually the travel document for Canada. It determines your Permanent Residency status in Canada hence a valid document with which you can travel to Canada. (This is just based on my assumption and couple of my friends who applied for Citizenship earlier)
