I am wondering, in case of they are going to (God forbid) return the application package, how long usually does it take from the date of recipient?

Done
Would you mind telling us why was it returned the first time?
It can serve as a lesson learned for the ones yet to apply. All the best for a speedy reprocessing

Reasons why my application was incomplete.
1.My photo were not taken with in 6 mos.
2.I have 1 highlighted question that needs to answer.(yes or no)
3.My travel documents that I submitted not covered the entire 5 years. It was really my mistake though, coz' I was in a hurry to submit my application.I didn't even bother to go through every questions.lol I submitted again my application on march 12.

Please add me in excel sheet

Hello,

Quick question, do I need to give my language test again even if I have submitted my original IELTS results for my PR application.

Thanks!

Yes , you need to submit again. Your PR IELTS application valid only for two years

As long as its a General mode IELTS, an expired score is acceptable (you still have to submit the expired score, but not give the test again)
I would urge you to read this link below:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...der-subsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html

Results from a third-party language test
NOTE: If you did the test in the past for immigration or citizenship purposes, we will accept the results even if it has expired.

Refer section 10.b in the instruction guide
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...der-subsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html

If its applicable to you but is not submitted with application, it is deemed incomplete by CIC and returned to you
Unfortunately you cannot submit it later. You will have to resubmit the whole application again (and lose few months in the process)
