Pre-Assessed..
hello friends,

Im excited to be here. finally I have 1200 days and ready to apply.

- I have my passport (bio pages)
- proof of residency ( drivers license + health card)
- presense in Canada ( got a copy of my travels from CBSA and filled out my presence calculator)
- 2 photos
- IELTS results from 2015 + MS degree certificate (do I even need this?)
- fees ready
- I have my notice of assessment from CRA ( don't think I need to send this until they request?)

questions: I moved to a new place and still waiting for new health card and drivers license so should I wait for them or just go ahead and apply with the old information
am I missing anything else?

Also do we have to print and mail the application ? can we not do it electronically ? just like the PR application?

thanks for replys in advance

If I were you, I would wait to receive updated drivers license and health card . As you must have filled your 5 years resident addresses in the form, your present address on form should be same as your license/health card.

You are not required to submit CBSA travels but I guess it's ok to submit. .

Make sure that bio pages of all passports that were valid during last 5 years are submitted. You can also use passport bio page as proof of identity along with drivers license.

Make sure IELTS is general training. If you submit academic IELTS, your application will be returned. You can submit expired IELTS. Also it's good to submit ms degree certificate. Was MS done here in Canada?

Yes you do not need to submit NOA. They will check directly with CRA. You will give them permission while filling the form.

Don't forget to put your names at the back of your photos. And the stamp as well from photo place.

Also make sure dates on form, presence calculator and checklist etc are same.

You need to print out and physically mail the application. You cannot apply online.

Best of luck :)
