I don't know why it was Review Required because the GCMS notes I ordered have not been delivered to me, and the IRCC agents won't disclose the reason. I am outland Provincial Nominee applicant through Express Entry

You mean re-medical? Nothing was said about it. The agent just said I should wait for PPR in few days. My medical is expiring on March 20th 2020. So I guess there is still enough time to land

My AOR is 17 March
I sent 2 emails to Ralph in September and mid October. And he mentioned my criminality is passed, but eligibility and security in not started yet.
I contacted CIC early November and the agent told me that my eligibility is passed.
Did another call last week and another agent said my eligibility is passed and security is in progress and criminality is not started yet.
1- is it possible that criminality is not started yet?!! I'm really confused by their answers.
2- the agent told she doesn't have any info regarding my security, since it's being done by third party. Any idea what does "third party" refer to?

Your file can be picked up anytime so you may get Ghost Update within a week or maximum within 15 days as per my calculation.

July 2019- I noticed that I had made mistakes and left sme gaps in my schedule A.
Sent LOE through CSE webform to correct the error.
Generic response that it had been received and forwarded to right officer.
Sent docs with CSE multiple times to try kickstart the application but kept getting generic responses and no further action, requested GCMS and cntacted MP Ralph.
Same story. Eligibility met, others not started. My file seemed to have been packed smewhere.
6th month came and passed,
7th month came. Raised CSE to know status of application end of October.
One week later, received same reply eligibility met, others not started...in line for review.
Next day...
Oct 29 - Ghost update with multiple ADRs- CV, paramilitary service information form, schedule A and research form.
Resent the Letter of explanation for No paramilitary history.
Filled new schedule A carefully and submitted together with CV and research form.
Nov 6- Called using textnow and got eligibility passed, Criminality passed, security not started.
Nov 15- Ghost Update.Waited for PPR e-mail on the next working day,
Nov 19- Called and was told ghost update on NOV 15 was for security started. Was scared I was going to be sent for security screening.
November 26- Ghost update again. Called and was told security passed. Application approved.
Nov 27- PPR email.
Good luck to everyone. After 8.5months I got mine. Hpe it comes soon for you all. Once things get started, they can be done in less than à month. Peace!
