Citizenship

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 22, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on April 13, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on July 16, 2018.
4. We sent you a notice on September 27, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on November 6, 2018 at 12:31 PM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
5. We sent you a notice on November 13, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on January 4, 2019 at 10:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
6. You became a Canadian citizen on January 4, 2019.

Yes, I received an email with a document. When I received the email and checked my ECAS, it hadn't been updated as yet. I just checked and it says that my notice was sent on February 10th. My letter was however dated the 11th, same day I received the email. Hopefully you received your email by now. Congrats by the way

Maybe there is a system delay.

ECAS updated jan 30 and time 8:30 but I have not received any emails.

ECAS updated jan 30 and time 8:30 but I have not received any emails.

yes, its the same time as mentioned in ECAS. Make sure you check spam folder of your email because the email id I received my letter is so weird. If you still didn't get it in couple of days I would suggest you to call IRCC and as them to send you an email again.

hi, i have a friend that apply for citizenship, delivered in 26 February 2018 ,and she get test invite 15 January 2019 for the 6 February 2019 ,north York her application in Scarborough, so before 1 month and a half to complete 1 year, I guess Mississauga office is more slow then Scarborough ,from what I see in this forum.....!!
