I just realized that I lost my landing papers what are my options? My test will likely be in 1 month

You can explain to them it's lost and show proof (receipt) that you've applied for it. Some agents don't even ask for that.

In my opinion, this document is not as crucial as your current and expired passports, if you have a long travel history and you don't have a lot of buffer days.

Thats gonna take 6 months rite? Should I have to wait 6 months? My exam is most likely next month
I applied for Verification of Status for the same reason and it took only 1 month to get. I was quite surprised. I would give it a try and if you don't get it in time then you can explain the situation and show the receipt that you applied for it.

I went back home for 10 days after submitting my citizenship application, do I need new PCC from Back home ?

depends how many days you were out of Canada. If this 10 days complete the 180 days, then you will need a PCC.
Also, while you are out, in some cases, you may receive an email from IRCC.
You must reply to these letters or emails within a specified amount of time.
If you don’t reply within the time frame and don’t provide an acceptable reason for not being able to keep your appointment with us or providing requested information, we may stop processing your application.

That wasn't his question. He was asking if he needs a new police clearance certificate if he goes back home after he applied for the citizenship application and the answer is no.
