if you received your FP from your local police or directly from the RCMP you must send it back to your local immigration office ASAP

Local immigration office? Here in Winnipeg? I'm from Winnipeg, its not clear in the letter where to send it back. Also, any suggestions where can I have fingerprinting here in Winnipeg.
