NEED HELP - QUESTION GUYS !!!

My application is in process for over a month now. I live in Calgary Alberta. I saw this job opportunity which is open in Edmonton which is about 1 and half hour drive from us. I really wanted to go for that but the requirement is that you have to be Canadian Citizen. Can anyone tell me what can i do to request fast processing of my application and how do i do it. Please guys application is only open for 1 month
 
I was able to get through to the call centre and was told that citizenship certificate or grant of citizenship were the same thing. She was able to look into my file and told me that the issue was with my name. During the process of becoming a permanent resident, somewhere along the line they dropped three of my last names. They didn't abbreviate them, they were simply dropped. I asked to have them restored in my citizenship application, not knowing that it would be a complicated matter. They now have to go back and look into my original PR application to make sure that I am who I'm claiming to be.
 
My name is J G R G S R. That's how I applied for PR. Somewhere along the process, even though my application was done with my full name, Immigration dropped R G S and I became J G R. I never asked for it. It happened. I never had any concern over it because on any document in Canada, be it my driver's license, bank cards, etc... my name is always shortened. When I filed my citizenship application I asked for my full name to be restored or stated in my certificate. That's all. I never thought it would be an issue. Especially since I wasn't the one who changed my name to begin with.

I have a question. If I change the province before getting the test invite, would it affect my processing time or If i receive the test invite and can move the test to different province?

Please let me know.
