I just noticed that my status has changed to In Process, though I did not receive any emails:

Application sent: Feb 26, 2018
Application received: March 01, 2018
AOR: March 21, 2018

You don't receive an email when application goes in process.

It might get slower due to staff summer vacations but it will definitely keep rolling exactly like any other government service office.
