The only reason i could think of is that you might putting in different information to log in from the ones they have in the system.
Double check all this information in the application you sent them along with the UCI number they sent you in the AoR email/mail.
I have double checked all the information and I keep getting this message

Then give them a call to verify this with the agent; they might have mistyped your DoB in their system and that's why you can't login.

That depends if you're still eligible with becoming pr in 2012 and how you did your presence calculation. Did you count your days according to the right date? If so, then I wouldn't do anything and wait.

sorry just read that it doesn't affect your calculator. then in my opinion you don't have to worry. Most likely they noticed it but at the same time they considered you eligible anyway.

Hope they dont look at it as misrepresentation.

Yes. I did calculate with right dates. I did have to calculate my eligibility from 2013 anyways as i have lived in canada way more days than 1095.

I would disagree with our colleagues over here. You should NOT wait. You must report this via the IRCC webform. If they find this out themselves, though doesn't impact your eligibility, IRCC would be concerned about your credibility in general and might start scrutinizing your application to ensure you're being honest in everything you reported. Most probably, if you report it to them, they would tell you: "don't worry, it happens, you are still eligible. let's move on"

I rang and the agent confirmed everything was correct and everything was in order with my application - she could not give me a reason why it was not showing on the ECAS but is going to send me an e-mail that contains technical support information

Oh BTW - it took me 46 mins to contact an agent!

Thanks

Yes unfortunately, reaching out to an agent is a hectic experience most of the time. let's hope they get it fixed for you. All the best.

They already noticed it for 100% as they check every single question in the application so there's no need to remind them about it. He's eligible anyway, so why would they think that he wasn't honest.
