After 238 days (AOR) of which 230 days in IP1, my file finally moved to IP2 this morning.
I do hope they will not put it back in the shelves and forget again.
It’s like someone told them to move Ip1 files, hope they conclude our files in ample time.

Cool. So GCMS notes has surely helped

I guess! but in my case, I requested 4 sets of notes (already received 3), sent tones of mail to Ottawa (VO), raised a number of CSE, contacted an MP and the Minister of Immigration himself by email. I could not understand that for 7 months out of 8 my files was not touched, while latter files were processed and finalized.

Have you got any response such as email from the Minister of Immigration or VO?

Hello

Ask them what is date on your file to be finalized?
This might help you know about approx time left for your appication.

They told me March 2019, that is like 6 months over 6 months time period. As my Aor was March 25th.
Good luck..!!

Good, let's hope this will be the start of positive news for March applications that have been stuck for a long time.

I received an e-mail from the visa office indicating that my application is awaiting final review by an officer. This likely means that my application is in the final stages and theoretically won't be transferred to another office, but who knows.
