96 days since AOR. I asked the HR representative at my job today whether they've been contacted regarding my work experience letter and apparently no one has reached out to them yet. I know they may or may not be contacted, but I wanted to ask anyway.

My application is somewhere in La La Land and it seems it will continue there for some time. The wait continues...

98 days here since AOR. it is really painful and frustrating. I thought it was going to take less than 100 days:oops:

NEED HELP!

I got my Acknowledgment letter on 20th march. I forgot to mention my canadian tourist visa refusal (which was about 4 years ago) in my application. I have got an email asking to explain why I didn't mention the resusal. I got the Canadian student visa in 2017 (I didn't mention the tourist visa refusal for it either). The reason why I forgot to mention is because i didn't remember. It was an honest mistake. I applied for the Canadian tourist Visa while I was on a tour in US in 2014 And I misplaced the rejection letter and there are no rejection stamps on my passport either. Hence I forgot about the rejection. I am an indian national. Please give me some guidance as to what I should do now. Thanks in advance.

What stage you at now ?

IP2 since forever. I got a ghost update a month ago.
I called last Friday to IRCC, they told me it is still on BGC, and there is a note "recommend to pass" on eligibility. that is all.

The letter states

A Canadian visa has been refused to you, you have not declared it in your application. Please provide explanations for your failure to declare it and the reason for the refusal.

I think you just need to be honest, write what you just told us, and explain the reason of the refusal, check the report.
this was my opinion, get some others too

I refer to ghost update as a notification that is shown under the current status column as “updated”. However, when you click to see what the ”update” is, you realise that there’s no change in the status of your application.
Thanks!
