IMHO PNP preference finishes the moment you are awarded the 600 points which helps you elevate your EE score. From there on you are in the cue like others and will end being reviwed as per tribe schedule of the case officer

Did you press the "submit" button at the bottom? I remember same thing happened to me when uploading stuff for express entry and I was wondering why it didnt say "submitted" like before.. it was because after i uploaded the document, i didnt click sumbit. Hope that works.

Received the PPR email this morning. The stangest think happened to me. My application went into IP2 on 15th May and I got nothing till 22nd. Anxious I called CIC and they informed me that the PPR email was sent to me the very next day, 16th May. For some reason, it never got delivered to me. I have been checking all my folders but it wasn’t there. I then requested the agent to log a request for resending the email and also sent a CSE. That’s how I got it. So people stuck at IP2 for a while who shouldn’t have any issues with security and criminality check must contact CIC via call or CSE to check application status. You never know what’s going on in the background. All the best to all waiting for the PR to come through.

AOR- 27th March 2018
Medicals Passed- 6th April 2018
IP1- 6th April 2018
IP2- 22nd April 2018
Ghost update- 22nd May 2018( I didn't find any status change in my application but it was shown as updated status)
PPR-24th May 2018 (Late evening in between 8-9pm EST)
