Hello Guys

I Called CIC today on the help line provided in the previous posts and they said to me that my application undergone all the processes and stages and everything(includes Eligibility and Background check) was completed. He confirmed that my application was approved. but i am wondering why i have not received any email on the same.

When i asked the same question to the agent he said the visa office is not ready to take passport requests as of now and i may get an email anytime this or next week or even next month.

My question to the forum is did somebody faced this situation with your applications and will that be going to take one month even though my application is approved... I have mixed feelings now..

Any suggestion please on how to proceed at this moment??

Is your visa office Ottawa? I was checking on the immitracker and it seems that this office picks up cases with similar timeline and country together and moves them on along the next stages. If that’s the case, both of us ( and if there are anymore march29 aor, FSW-O candidates from India on the forum) should probably share any update that we may get coz that may signal the other one would get it too

Yes mine is Ottawa. I checked with the CIC agent when I called them

Congratulations. With news of PPR of March AoRs coming in more frequently, gives us hope that ours too will come soon

The news came from US and Canada applicants only .. I guess both people reported PPR here yesterday are also from US ... We still have to wait more and more ..

Oh okay. So we are 3 of us identified so far. Do you know your visa office? Mine is Ottawa. Let’s hope our cases move along soon. Going by the trend, I’m hoping to hear something by 15-20th May.

My timeline is :
AOR: 17th March, 2018
MEP: 24th March, 2018 and IP1 since then. No movement whatsoever.
Stream: FSW-O and applying from India.

I called IRCC and just heard the IVR responses and when I opted for agent transfer, the call got dropped. I sent an e-mail to find the Visa Office but that is not working. Could you guys tell me how to find them? Is it through the IRCC webform? Any help greatly appreciated.

I sent email before 3 weeks to find out the VO but no reply yet. I guess it is in Ottawa as well. I feel your 15-20 May expectation is too early. They even didnt started with March files yet for non US Canada applicants and we are 29 March AOR. I am expecting something in June only as they are still processing Feb files with very slow speed.

I received my PPR email today. I will update my info on the tracker file today. I didn't want to add it before since this is my third EE CEC application, with one previous rejection and cancellation, so I didn't want to jinx it . I have been trying to get my PR since 2015 when EE first opened, and I have to say again what many others already have, this forum was such a critical resource for me, the words, the support, the encouragement, and yes, even the sad, discouraging moments of others that still decided to keep trying and keep hoping. Thanks to everyone for contributing, I'll try and share as much as possible what little I know and learned.

Here is my latest timeline (I confess I won't feel at ease until I get my passports and the CoPR letter... even more so, until we land)

May be it would change to ip2 till 20th May, if not ppr so early

Hi I tried calling the IRCC so many times either they would say that they cannot help me as I was calling from outside Canada or the call would drop so I used the IRCC webform to know my visa office . They took about 2 weeks to reply but they did inform me that my case was at Sydney office at that time. So i would suggest using the webform.
