It's been a month since my AOR and 23 days since my MEP. No progess in my application ever since the 21st of March. No ADR asked either.
Should I be worried or happy? Quite an uncomfortable situation.

Criminality is your PCC, they will verify all PCC's submitted
Security is a wide scope of deep background check which involves external agencies and governments entities such as Interpol, CBSA etc. Not all will go through deeper checks but sometimes it is assumed that they will take time whether to put an applicant through security or not.
Security is a last step before PPR email.
Relax! You need to be patient. Right now Ottawa office is clearing December AOR and few Jan AOR files, at this point average wait times is 90 days but you might get even before that, if you are lucky you will get processed sooner and receive PPR. Wish you a speedy PPR
Can you please mention the source of information that CPC-Ottawa is currently working on DEC and JAN AORs?Relax! You need to be patient. Thanks for your reply. My question was directed to @NSA82 since they have this presumption that if file has moved to CPC, then it must be in in IP2 stage.
I understand that CIC doesn't even acknowledge these stages, so they have no meaning except on this forum. But when your file is moving along the so-called "stages" smoothly, it gives you peace of mind (which is rare to get in the world in which we live in).

I don’t know and so I directed this question to @bimbomanuel . My status says that we will inform you when we start your BGC and it’s been like this for more than 10 days now. So am curious as well. Btw, if your file was sent to CPO then you should be in IP2 right?
You can refer to myimmitracker.com for all latest PPRs, I am only telling info based on that website and moreover you can get PPR anytime but majority of files from December AORs and few Jan AORs are getting cleared from past one week and that justifies because on an average it is 90-100 days wait time for FSW/PNP applicants
I think your might be wrong. Look at these two cases from March 2018.
They are MEP+IP1 for some time, then IP2 and PPR in 1 - 2 days .
By this logic, Eligibility and criminality is passed during IP1.
IP2 is for security if necessary and /or A40 check.

Still it holds the same value as I mentioned, earlier IP2 and PPR would trigger same day or couple of days later! In reality Medicals and Criminality is done in CIO Sydney intake office and then transferred to CPC Ottawa or LVO. Sometimes if officer feels everything is alright then eligibility + Security is cleared within no time, that's how you see variations of case to case timelines.
Same boat. 13th March AOR and MEds Passed IP1 21st March. In IP1 since. Is there any information regarding the CRS points and type of application affecting your processing time? Higher the CRS sooner the decision or FSW inland outland, CEC, PNP types affect the processing time?
