Hi Folks,

I want to confirm and share:

I applied for my wife's visa in March.

Application received- Mar 7, 2017
PCC and IMM 5669 request- May 26 ( I uploaded scanned copy on GC key portal, I hope that is correct!!)
File transferred to New Delhi: June 2017
Process started June 7, 2017

After this no updates or no emails from NDVO.

When can I expect next step and how much time in total it will take for Indian spousal applications? ( I live in Canada and wife is in India)

Hi, how do you all know where and when your application is transferred to your visa office? I've been following this thread since we applied in March and I'm still not clear on how to figure that out. My lawyer said the department no longer appears to be updating on internal steps (such as where the application is being processed)

This is what my status page looked like as of May 30th (the last time I heard from our lawyer). Will this information change when our application is transferred to Cairo?

Application Status - We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you
Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements
Review of medical results - You passed the medical exam
Review of additional documents - The additional documents you provided have been uploaded
Interview - You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes
Background check - Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check
Final decision - Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made

PA ecas' status must changed to "in process", and you should/representative received an email saying your file will be transferred to cairo.

Yes we did, we received it the next day our ecas changed to "in process". As long as yours says "application received" then it means it is still in cpc-m and your schedule A or pcc isnt attached to your file. How did you send your schedule a and pcc?

I got request on cic but after reporting technical problem for 3 times and called like one thousand times lol then they did send me a message on cic to send the documents by cic . It took me exactly 3 months

Medical.results have been received since april 2017.. They didnt even asked me to send my police certificate..why??

Yoge means give us the dates for your AOR1 and SA so that we can update the spreadsheet.

Yes, the call center's number that you might already know. They just added that feauture; an automatic voice is telling you about your application status
