Our application has been lost ُ
They say they returned it on 21st april and we still hevent got it .

What should we do now ?
You have to wait for it so that you will know exactly the reason why your file has been returned. I know its frustrating but atleast you know that its returning to you. Good luck.

Question

Marriage happened in Canada.

If the PA is physically present in Canada and applies for Family sponsorship, then it is Inland Family Sponsorship Application. Else, it is Outland Family Sponsorship. Hope that helps.

I dont agree. It can be either inland or outland. Inland has the opportunity to apply for owp. My husband is here with me in canada and we applied outland. You have the option

Correct, you have an option to choose between Inland and Outland if the PA is in Canada. But you need to return to your country of Birth if there is any interviews required for an Outland Spousal Application.

Right but it doesnt mean you cant still apply outland which is what your post implied

Hi,

Thanks God. I finally received my application back today from CPC. It took 20 days. Its a much relief. They are asking for proof of income.

I have Notice of Assessment & option C for 2016 and my Pay stubs. Should I send them all 3 documents or just Notice of assessment ?

Waiting for expert advice as I can't afford any delay because of missing documents.

You need to get a letter from you employer stating your work hours, salary, how long you have been employed and the conditions of your employment i.e. fulltime/part time, the capacity in which you work. Its on the check list. Go over your check list again. Hope all will b fine next time

You didn't submit your employment letter or relevant detail.

Finally got a request to upload PCC and schedule A form today.

I submitted my docs.

But the letter also says this

"Schedule A form, in PDF format, should only be saved to your computer and uploaded directly into
your online account.

Should you choose to submit this form to the Case Processing Centre Mississauga by mail or
through the IRCC Web form, you must complete additional steps prior to submission:

  • Ensure you validate the Schedule A form.
  • Print out the form and sign in writing (provide your handwritten signature) next to your
name in the signature box. If you do not sign and date the form according to these
instructions, another copy of the form with a signature will be required.

Once these steps are completed, you can submit the validated and signed copy of this form to
CPC-Mississauga via mail or through the IRCC Web form."

So I advice everyone to MAIL/webform their schedule A and PCC even if you don't get the request.

You should receive it in your mail box anytime.mine was returned on 19th April and I got it today.
