Guys, I couldn't interpret something. Need help.

In ECAS, underneath the application status there is a link for,
Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada

And then a table appears. Is this table generic? Does it give the explanation of each step? Or is it only about my application?

It says "in process" in the first column. And in paranthesis a decision has not been made.

Then goes "a decision has been made at this point." : Approval status determined- permanent residence status determined.

I mentioned in my previous post that CIC sent my schedule A by mail. I should receive it next week.
Are they sending my application back???

We were one of the unfortunate applicants who never received a request to upload the Schedule A through myCIC. So we contacted IRCC on 5-April and were directed to upload the Schedule A through the web form. Today we received the following reply:

Dear client,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have received your request to add documents to your application. However, we have not received the documents in question.

In order to assist you, we invite you to resend your enquiry including the documents by filling out the IRCC Web form.

Once received, we will gladly forward them to the responsible office.

Sincerely,

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada
www.cic.gc.ca

We uploaded the Schedule A twice before receiving this message, so we were unsure what the problem was. We called the IRCC Call Centre today to find out what was wrong. We were told by the (not so friendly) agent we need to physically mail the Schedule A to Mississauga.

Has anyone else received a similiar email or experienced a similar problem with the web form?

I uploaded my Schedule A via webform as well but my response was different. At first I didn't hear anything but I called IRCC and the agent checked with the support team and confirmed my form was received. Shortly after that I reviewed an email confirming that it was received and was attached to my file.

I guess all you can do is try again and ensure that the file size and format are correct. From what I remember you have to browse to the file on your computer, then click Upload, then click Sumbit. Before you click Submit verify that the file you attached is listed there beneath the Upload button and it should have a file size and Delete button next to it. If it doesn't it means your file hasn't attached successfully. Hopefully third time's a charm!

i believe that is the description of the status' that you will see like a legend.. if youre in ECAS you have a file which means that you wont be getting the application back

That link you are referring to is not specific to your status, everyone has that on their ecas page. It just describes the various statuses you may see on your application as you go through the process. For your specific status you have to click on "In Process" in the box where it says "Sponsorship Application Status".

Is it possible to submit imm5669 and pcc with supporting documents by mail when the time comes?
