does anyone know how long it will take to get a feedback if you submitted a report through IRCC web form? thank you.

Good morning,
how do you know your file was transferred? Did your application status change to "In process" or is it still saying "Application Received"? I received my SA, and when i called the Call centre they said that the application was transferred, but i did not receive any email from them saying they send it to the Visa office. As well, the principal applicant status is still saying "Application received"

morning ayomas

normally you should receive a letter (AOR2) from cic about the transfer but sometimes you don't receive and also the information should change to in process if it has been transferred. its really confusing that they don't have a pattern. its one thing the website says they would do, its another thing entirely that is done. so I would suggest you call again and hoping you will get another agent to confirm that it has been transferred cox sometimes too, these agents are clueless. have you submitted your schedule A? did you upload thru cic account or IRCC

we have not been able to upload on cic account so the agents advised that we should use the IRCC which I did. I called today to get update and he said they haven't received it but he has sent a message to the officer in charge that we have uploaded on IRCC so that we don't get penalized for missing deadline.

Also, did you only send the aadhaar card or did you send it along with another national identity document?

I sent 10th certificate as part of my own PR application, not for spousal sponsorship.

-Now talking about spousal sponsorship - send 10th certificate if you dont have birth certificate (read there is no name on it )
- National identity document - aadhaar card (that's what I sent) - bcoz there is a check for national identity document (if applicable).

Thanks! I did have her birth certificate but it was all in hindi so I got my wife to get it remade in english with her name so that's what I'm going to send in.

Also, because my application was returned, do I also get refunded? And then when I send it again I have to pay again?

Hi all,

I was wondering, when do we get Medical request?
Is it at the time of AOR?

And what about Schedule A and PCC?

Thanks

Sorry for asking so many questions...

Does anyone know or is aware of the fact whether they keep a track of the documents that you send? For example the first time I sent the application I included my wife's voter's identity card which was partially in hindi and wasn't translated, along with her drivers license, which also counts as an identity card. The package got returned to me because one of the reasons being that there was no translation for the voter's card. Now if I plan to resend it without the voter's card, is that going to be a problem? Do they keep a track of the documents you send?

If you had your application returned then I think you need to send every document again.

i would agree with this. there is no record of anything on their files as they did not create a file for you.

Yes, I understand that. But my question is if I don't send the voter's card and just the drivers license, is that going to be a problem? Because before I sent the voter's card. If I send it again then I have to go through the process of getting it certified translated. If I can avoid that then I am planning not to even send it in

Perfect..I just needed some clarity on that.

Also, I asked this earlier. if they returned the package, do I also get refunded for the fees? And then when I resend the application I have to pay again?

Ok, thank you so much for your help. Because on the CIC website, it mentions otherwise:

If you return my application, will I get a refund?
Yes. You will get a refund if your application is returned to you because:

it was incomplete, or
you applied before a program opens or after a program closed (for programs that have caps on the number of people that can apply).
